Private apartment in modern farmhouse

Relax in a modern home on our 20 hectare (50 acre) working farm just a few miles south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.

Situated at Branxholme, 3 miles from Hawick, in the heart of the Scottish borders, the magical haven includes a mature garden, with a private hot tub and games room. Guests also have access to some lovely woodland walks in the wider grounds.
