Apartman ima dva balkona, od kojih je jedan veliki, sa vrtnim namještaje, ležaljkama, vanjskim tušem i kaminom. Parking je besplatan. Objekt je klimatiziran.

Posjeduje klimu u svakoj sobi te u dnevnom boravku . Ima dvije terase od kojih jedna ima pogled na more, druga na nacionalni park. Apartman također posjeduje perilicu rublja i perilicu posuđa. A great quiet base to explore the Zadar region's historic towns, villages, art festivals, wine, food, beaches, and wilderness adventures. The house is in a very safe environment and enables full isolation.
