Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. It's perfect for a family, couple, or small group of friends. Air conditioning included.

Our family home is located in the perfect spot next to Manyana Beach. Situated on a beautiful, quiet and leafy position on Sunset Strip. We enjoy beach views and a very flat 50m walk to the sand from our backyard gate. Surrounded by dog friendly beaches and fully fenced yard.
