Enjoy Lake Access, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the back porch,deck or around the fire pit. Rent a boat from Barron's and drive it under the bridge to the property. House is 3000 sq ft remodeled. Downstairs master suite. 3 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and playroom/office that has a queen sleeper sofa can sleep additional 2 people. Master has queen bed. Upstairs has a king, 3 full beds, and sleeper queen. Get the real Louisiana feel with cypress trees and lake cove views unmatched.

Pelican Place on Caddo Lake (Boat Ramp & Kayaks)

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. The surrounding areas are full of public parks & boat launches. After a day on the lake, come relax in the living room or lay down on the super comfy beds! The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
