Beautiful, brand-new apartment in Neos Marmaras of Chalkidiki. Located 50 meters from the main beach of the village and 50 meters from the center of the village by foot. The apartment is on the ground floor where there is also a BBQ that everyone can use. It can accommodate until 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed that turns in to a double bed.
