It is situated in a central, yet peaceful Lapad neighbourhood, well connected with the rest of the town. The place is perfect for someone who wants a quiet location away from crowds and noisy bars and who doesn’t mind the neighbours’ cats visit while relaxing on the terrace in the summer evening.

Moderno obnovljena stara kuca od kamena, u ruralnom dijelu, okruzena velikim plantaza etericnog bilja. Prostrana terasa i lijepo uredjena okucnica, idealna su za odmor. Kuca ima veliki dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, kupaonicu i spavacu sobu. U spavacaj sobi se nalaze dva krevata (180x200 i 160x200) i dva pomocna kreveta na rasklapanje (90x190).
