Nestled in Pleasant Valley with a 360 degree view of the Sierra Nevada foothills, this private country home is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Enjoy all the amenities of home at the perfect stop on your way to/from Sequoia National Park, Springville Inn, or other nearby destinations. We are located 5 min from the quaint Springville downtown where you can grab a bite to eat at one of several restaurants or browse the custom jewelry and local photography at The Sierra Gallery and Boutique.

Our home has more amenities than any other in the area. It's a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
