Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Apartment is located on a small square St. Justina in the heart of Korčula. It is steps away from the sea, central square Plokata and all other sights in old town of Korčula. Despite the fact that the apartment is right in the centre, it is very quiet and serene. Nearby you will find charming local restaurants, grocery store, venues where you can watch Moreška sword dance... Our place is small, but very practical and stylish for solo adventurers, couples, and even families with one child.

Villa Victor is in the Uvala Sutmiholjska bay just around the corner of the beach. It provides a new and modern studio apartment with a gallery that has an open concept. It has a long terrace along the upper floor of the house. The interior is Brand-new and minimalistic so it doesn't distract you from the wonderful scenery and the outside activities (two Queen beds). The house has environment friendly electricity through solar energy to keep the Island of Mljet as natural as possible.

Staying in our accommodation offers a number of advantages, of which we emphasize a vacation on a private beach by the river Buna, beautiful promenades through the villag, canoeing on the Buna, picking homemade fruits and vegetables from a ranch nearby and using a spacious camp for play and socializing. The house is modernly equipped and has a bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen, cable TV and WiFi.

Dear guests, Our apartment is modern, simple and brand new. It is located in the most beautiful part of a private house on the first floor, in peaceful area, near the pine forest, outside the city centre, 20 minutes by walk along the coastal path to the Old Town Korčula. Just in the front of the house is nice seating area with views of the olive trees.On the first floor is closed terrace with views of pine wood and mountain.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.

Kostela Stone House

Moderno obnovljena stara kuca od kamena, u ruralnom dijelu, okruzena velikim plantaza etericnog bilja. Prostrana terasa i lijepo uredjena okucnica, idealna su za odmor. Kuca ima veliki dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, kupaonicu i spavacu sobu. U spavacaj sobi se nalaze dva krevata (180x200 i 160x200) i dva pomocna kreveta na rasklapanje (90x190).
