Lokalna turistička taksa od 4,80 € po noćenju po osobi (od 15 godina starosti) plaća se prilikom dolaska. Nije firma partner Stubai Super Carda.

Wir vermieten unser Blockhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht und äußerst gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert. Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.

Liftovi Serlesbahnen su udaljeni samo nekoliko minuta hoda i nude pristup očaravajućem skijalištu zimi. Besplatan skijaški autobus vas vodi do glečera Stubai.

Welcome to the beautiful Stubai Valley. The flat is located in the rear third of the valley. From the garden you have a marvellous view of the snow-capped peaks of the Stubai Alps. Due to this exposed hillside location, the sun pampers you from morning to evening in the summer months and, combined with a gentle breeze, ensures a cosy temperature. A trip to Innsbruck is made easy by the good bus connections (bus stop 200 metres away)

U prizemlju se nalazi dvokrevetna spavaća soba s balkonom, potpuno opremljena kuhinja, kupatilo, toalet i dnevni boravak s izlazom na terasu i prekrasnim pogledom na planine. Spavanje u Adlerhorstu: Stepenice vode do spavaće sobe s dva kreveta za jednu osobu. Glazirana galerija s jedne strane nudi pogled na dnevni boravak, a s druge strane i ugodno utočište i mjesto za odmor.
