Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. 40m² detached house, built in 2022, right by the sea, with a capacity for 4 people. It has 1 bedroom and a living room-kitchen area with a sofa bed. Located at the Gerakini intersection, with private parking, just 1 hour from Macedonia Airport. The house has insulation, 2 air conditioners, a garden barbecue, an automatic gate, private beach access, a large covered terrace with stunning sea views, exposed wooden beams, Wi-Fi, a spacious garden, TV, fully equipped kitchen, and washing machine.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
