Small apartment (approx. 45m²) with separate kitchen + bathroom + terrace (approx. 30m² additional). Own entrance. Location in the city center, very quiet. Check-in via key safe. Parking spaces in front of the house, limited during the day (parking disc), free at night and weekends. Or always free nearby. Bedroom with double bed, inexpensive 3rd bed (extra bed 60x180cm) if required. Space for bicycles, motorcycles, scooters, strollers etc. 9km to Europa Park. - see pictures for additional infos.

Only 2 km from Emmendingen, a quaint 15th century cobble-stoned town with small cafes & shops, and an easy 20 min from Freiburg and Europapark. Zur Unterkunft führt ein separater Eingang und hat den Charakter einer kleinen Souterrainwohnung. Das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer ist komplett neu eingerichtet, freundlich und liebevoll mit weißen Möbeln, 1,60 m-Bett mit Nachttisch, Rattan-Sitzgruppe + Couchtisch, Stühle mit hellen Hussen, schöner großer Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Tageslichtfenster und ein eigenes separat eingerichtetes Bad mit Dusche, WC – zum Wohlfühlen. Gerne helfe ich euch weiter und stehe bei Fragen gerne zur Seite.
