La villa è immersa nel verde, esternamente trovate una stupenda piscina divisa in due zone 45 mq di acqua salata a temperatura naturale sempre aperta. La zona relax 20 mq con idromassaggi è coperta da tapparella elettronica è riscaldata tutto l'anno. Il rifugio Lampathu si trova a 8,9 km dal centro abitato di Urzulei. La costruzione in pietra è perfettamente integrata nel paesaggio circostante, riprendendone i colori e le luci. Qui, gli escursionisti troveranno riparo dal maestrale nella stagione fredda e refrigerio nei pomeriggi estivi: le pareti in pietra garantiscono un isolamento termico senza paragoni. However, the car is important for getting around.

Hello, our apartment "In Calada" in Cala Moresca was built by my grandfather and my father in the 1970s and it has recently been completely renovated in 2017. The apartment offers an incredible view of Arbatax, the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of Supramonte di Urzulei.
