We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The Little House with Country Charm Cute house with everything you need. Enjoy relaxing on the covered front porch, or by the fire in the back yard. Mancave has a view of the firepit. Centrally located, 15 minutes to Sarnia, 30 to Grand Bend and 40 to London. Groceries, beer/ liquor store and restaurants 5 minutes away in Watford. Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean.

Driftwood on the Lakeshore

Drift over to the north end of Sarnia and experience "Driftwood on the Lakeshore", a cozy private space to put your feet up and relax. Unit 1 includes a private sitting area with TV, dining area, bedroom with queen bed, mini fridge, microwave and coffee bar. Enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor front porch. Perfect for romantic retreat, or a group of friends nature getaway.There is NO washroom at the cottage.The washroom facilities are in the tackroom in the barn and the ONLY shared space. It's a lovely camp like setting enjoyable year-round.
