Thank you for choosing my home. Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this Jefferson City home, near both the lake and the main strip. This charming 3/2 home with ample parking and a large fenced in yard with picnic table and large barbecue grill, is great for both children and pets. Yes, well behaved house broken pets are welcomed. This home comes with two internet TV’s, full kitchen, as well as small items to make it easier to vacation and work.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

If you all want to go out and explore, you are within 5 min of the AMC theater, entertainment, dining, shopping, parks and downtown.

This updated 400 sq. ft. miner’s cabin has a queen bed, sofa sleeper, WiFi/Netflix, new bath, and kitchenette. Great for couples, families, and tournament fishermen with room to park your boat. Just 10 min from I-40 and 25–45 min to Knoxville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Clean, safe, affordable, and away from the crowd

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.

Enjoy a lake-life retreat at the Maple Cabin! It's located on a quiet spot on the main channel of the lake, with deep water year-round – and views for miles. Note: There are 2 other cabins on the property. Guests enjoy plenty of private deck space and personal areas, for a great stay without disturbance. There are multiple fire pits, kayaks, and a large dock on site for guests to use, as well as parking onsite.
