This quiet neighborhood is easily accessible to some of Grand Island's best amenities including a 10 min WALK to Fonner Park, a 14 min WALK to Island Oasis Water Park, and a 5 min drive to downtown shops and restaurants. There are two Fire TV's to watch your favorite streaming shows. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a fenced in backyard for your pets, a BBQ grill, and one secure parking space in the attached garage.

The area's main attraction Calamus Reservoir is a short 7 mile drive, offering fun for the entire family.

Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. Stroll down to Side Street Deli for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Enjoy the Dark Island Trail located 5 minutes away. Plan dinner at Prairie Creek Vineyard and Winery located across the street or at the authentic Mexican restaurant that is a 1 minute walk away.

The Red House is located just past the business district on St. Paul’s main street, Howard Avenue. The Red House was recently renovated into a cozy little getaway that features historic details. The house is one story, so there are no stairs to climb, with easy access from the street or driveway.
