Mieszkanie znajduje się na parterze i składa się z sypialni, łazienki oraz pokoju dziennego z aneksem kuchennym. Do mieszkania przynależy taras z meblami ogrodowymi oraz miejsce parkingowe. Na przeciwko wyjścia z obiektu znajduje się wejście na plażę. Na terenie Aquamarina (budynek Onyx) znajduje się kryty basen (dodatkowo płatny w recepcji)

200 qm großes Ferienhaus, gebaut 2024 auf einem 1000 qm großen Grundstück. 1,3 km zu Fuß durch den Wald des Nationalparks Wollin zum Strand.  Schlafhaus: 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 WC. Wohnhaus: Großer Wohnbereich, Lehmofen, Sauna, Esstisch, Kücheninsel sowie Terrasse und Garten. Der Ort erinnert an die Ostsee, wie wir sie auf Usedom von früher kennen: Hoher Buchenwald, wenig Menschen, keine Autos in der Nähe des Strandes – und die Ostsee ohne Promenade und Spektakel.
