Sleeping rooms surround the living room with it's high ceiling and kitchen. IMPORTANT: There are strict limits on unrelated occupants, parking, and commercial activity.

Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Quiet and cozy stay 6.6 miles from Boone Pickens, 7 miles from downtown and the bus stop. We live on the property and will be chummy or invisible as you wish! We have one cat and a few kittens. Kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker for simple foods and the all important COFFEE to start your day. There is a brand new mini split to keep your perfect temperature and room darkening curtains for wonderful sleeping.
