Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Nebst den 2 Balkonen findet ihr zudem einen schönen Garten mit einer ganzjährig zur Verfügung stehenden Sauna, Liegeplätzen und einem Grill.

Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Praktisch vor der Haustür lädt das Naherholungsgebiet "Witi" mit seinen grossen Naturflächen zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Gleich neben dem Campingplatz befindet sich das Restaurant zum Grüene Aff.

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Entrée indépendante, cuisine équipée simplement, salle de bains adjacente avec baignoire, chambre à coucher double/twin et petit salon pouvant héberger une personne supplémentaire ou servir d'espace de travail. Il convient bien pour passer la nuit lors d'un tour en vélo, comme pied-à-terre pour visiter la région pied du Jura ou lors d'un voyage d'affaires.
