Cosy small studio apartment

Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment Tomislav1 (A2+2, approx 35 square meters) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*190), bath, kitchen and living room with extra bed (yellow couch) for 2 more persons. Extra bed is yellow couch that extends into a bed 140*190. For him I have a mattress 5cm thick for comfortable sleep. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

Naši apartmani nalaze se na svega 20- tak metara od mora i same plaže. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se restorani, ronilački centar, planinarske stazice i brojne ostale mogućnosti. Stara Baška idealno je mjesto za parove, solo putovanja te obitelji.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
