It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. Enjoy the entire home by yourself. Enjoy eating complimentary breakfast in the garden. I have a beautiful backyard with lots of fruit trees and plants. This could be a perfect place for your kids to play. The house is in quiet neighborhood. My place is 15 minutes' drive from DFW airport. Northeast mall is 3.1 mile away, ATNT stadium is 7 miles away and Fort Worth stockyard is 15 minutes' drive from my place. Dallas downtown is 25 minutes' drive from my home if you want to visit JFK museum.

“Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.
