Asheville - Mountain Bike & Hike in Bent Creek!

Mountain Bike and Hiking private, wooded paradise! Falcon's Escape is located right near the Rice Pinnacle trailhead of the Bent Creek Experimental Forest and Lake Powhatan with 10,000 acres of nature for you to explore. We are also 1 mile away from the NC Arboretum, the French Broad River, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. You can reach downtown Asheville within 15 minutes with attractions galore including the Biltmore Estate the historic, New Belgium Brewing, and the River Arts District.

The RhodoDen

As its name suggests, The RhodoDen is a cozy 1974 Airstream Argosy nestled among the rhododendron of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Set along a trickling creek with a bonfire ring and a view of nearby Watch Knob, this is "glamping" at its finest. RhodoDen provides an idyllic place to relax, and is a great basecamp for hiking adventures, dining and nightlife in Asheville and Black Mountain, both of which are only 15 minutes away. Plus we are pet friendly! Update 3/24: We built a roof!

Lost Fox Sheep Farm at Bent Creek

No chores just enjoy this peaceful pasture, soak in the hot tub and feel a million miles away while only being 4 Miles to trail heads in Bent Creek, 2 miles to the Bent Creek river park and access (you can borrow my Kayaks or tubes) and 2 miles to the Blue Ridge parkway and Arboretum. 10 Miles to downtown Asheville. great location for hikes and mountain biking. This is a tiny house on a sheep farm. Early or late check in/out might be available on request.

Pisgah Highlands Chestnut Creek Cabin

Cozy up in our newly renovated 1940’s creek side cabin. The back yard over looks Pisgah National Forest! Hike from the neighborhood trail into Pisgah, or drive 4 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Take a hot bath in our outdoor clawfoot tub and enjoy the sounds of the rushing creek. Try out the sauna and cold plunge in the creek! Just a 25 minute easy drive to Asheville. Rainbow Vista: modern retreat with mountain views

Set on two wooded acres, Rainbow Vista is our recently built, mid-century modern retreat overlooking Reeves Cove and Pisgah National Forest. Since we can only accommodate one booking per week, we prioritize 4+ day weekend reservations.
