This home sits on a 2 acre lot with plenty of privacy and has an abundance of windows allowing the sunlight shine through and for you to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you. This lovely new, super cozy 400 sq ft cabin with one bedroom plus loft (queen beds) sleeps 4 people comfortably. Lovingly adorned with my mosaic artwork, “Kirsten’s Cabin” is located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Boone and is centrally located to many High Country attractions. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

Comfortable private studio apartment, top floor of home, with upstairs outside entrance. Located in the most central neighborhood in Boone. Walking distance to ASU campus, the Saturday farmers market, downtown (bars, restaurants, shops), Earth Fare grocery and bus stops.
