Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

The Lily Pad is a cosy architect-designed, self-contained luxury villa, cantilevered over a tranquil billabong. Sit on the deck under a canopy of stars, serenaded by frogs. Enjoy a picnic beneath the magnolia tree. Renovated in Oct 2024, it features an ensuite kitchen & bathroom, with access to the surrounding 3.5-acre property. Four Mile Cabin is the perfect country getaway to take advantage of what the Yarra Valley has to offer. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the soothing sound of the fast flowing Four Mile Creek , and relax in our lovely space complete with a double bed, couch, ensuite bathroom, a/c and kitchenette. Perfect for 2 persons! There are so many options for whatever you choose to do. This area caters to all your needs or dreams – away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.
