This is a fully furnished residential apt. at the lower level in a house. Only the "kitchen" (on the main floor) will be shared with me. You will be occupying the unit downstairs and I, the one upstairs. Near parks, lakes, eateries, shops, the silver lake beach, downtown Mpls. The perfect location that is SUPER quiet yet near everything! Reminder that this is a "1 guest/person" unit rental.
