Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Villa Alba Labin

Villa Alba je kuća za odmor, na istočnoj obali Istre s tri spavaće sobe, prostranim dnevnim boravkom, grijanim bazenom, natkrivenom ljetnom kuhinjom. Ima 5 zvjezdica. Nalazi se u prirodnom, mirnom okruženju, zadovoljiti će sve one koji se žele opustiti i uživati u krugu obitelji ili prijatelja. S gornjeg kata kuće, gdje se nalaze dvije spavaće sobe sa vlastitim kupaonicama, sa terase se pruža veličanstven i otvoreni pogled na Kvarnerski zaljev. Skladan interijer pruža osjećaj ugode i smirenosti.

Fabina

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Casa Iria

Samostojeća kuća sagrađena 1890 godine potpuno je obnovljena za ugodan boravak u opuštajućem okruženju. Nalazi se na istočnoj obali Istre, u mirnom selu udaljenom 15 km od Labina i najbliže zračne luke Pula 45 km. U produžetku terase nalazi se privatni bazen s uređenom plažom s 8 ležaljki i 3 suncobrana. Casa Iria pruža prekrasan pogled na more od kojeg je udaljena 1,5 km. Najbliža trgovina i restoran udaljeni su 2 km u autokampu Tunarica, gdje također imate mogućnost najma kajaka, pedalina.

Dear guests, welcome to our property. The house Jurjoni is located in the countryside and is surrounded by nature. We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Gladiator 2 - almost inside the Arena

Spacious, unique and sunshine apartment with the spectacular view of the Roman amphitheater. You can almost touch the Arena from all the windows!Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with dining area, entry living room and a little balcony. Capacity: 4+2 people. Free WiFi, Smart TV and AC in bedrooms. This apartment belongs to my family for four generations and I've grew up in it. Now you are welcome to enjoy it!

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

App Sun, 70m from beach

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

For shared use with up to 4 other people, on the 2nd floor: rooftop terrace with hot tub and infinity pool 30 m2 water depth 30/110 cm, sunbeds, terrace furniture. Pool open 15.05.-30.09. Heated water. Parking space on the grounds by the house, always available and free of charge. Electric car charging possible (extra cost).
