Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Cape Colonnades Alleyway is a self contained cottage set back from the main house on private property. This accomodation is freshly furnished with modern touches of beach style decor. Walking distance of 200metres from a grocery store to grab your fresh bread and eggs. restaurant/ bar for your afternoon cold beverage and a local surf store to get all your beach needs. In the other direction is a short walk to the surf beach for a late morning swim and rocky coastline for a lovely walk.

Yokkaso is a self contained stand alone studio at the front of the properties main residence. The accommodation is brand new with beautiful hand crafted furniture and modern amenities. Enjoy light breakfast foods including muesli and spreads. Parking is on site at the front of your own private entrance. Short walk to the Colonnades beach which boasts beautiful sunsets and a place to reconnect. Yokkaso is within walking distance to the local tavern, restaurants and a grocery store.

Cape Crusader is a much-loved renovated beach house in Cape Woolamai, just a short stroll from the bay. Ideal for small families or group of friends, it accommodates up to six guests with three light-filled bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kottage on Kendall is a beautifully renovated home located 5 minutes from San Remo and 10 minutes from the centre of Cowes. This 3 bedroom home includes a queen bed in the first and second bedroom and a double bed in the 3rd bedroom. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, toilet and large vanity. The cosy living area includes a split system for heating and cooling, tv (HDMI & Mac cable) & comfy couch. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances & 6 seat dining table.
