Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.

This Villa has tremendous views, a secluded swimming pool surrounded by lavender bushes, and is only few kilometers from bars and restaurants. It is a spacious and well equipped place for up to 6 people to stay, somewhere gorgeous and serene yet still within 45 minutes of all of Umbria's tourist attractions. The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
