A charming Tuscan retreat

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.

Apartment of 200 sqm furnished with precious classical furniture and very spacious rooms: 13 windows overlooking the old town, each window offers a unique view of the city. Big and spacious lounge with peerless view on the begin of Banchi di Sopra, Piazza Salimbeni and the headquarter of the Monte dei Paschi, formed by the noble palaces Tantucci, Salimbeni and Spannocchi. Second lounge with library, sofa-bed and the same exclusive view. 2 large bedrooms with city-views and king-size beds. 3 bathrooms one with jacuzzi and one with shower. A long corridor that crosses the apartment, spacious entrance and private terrace on the internal courtyard. Third lounge with sofa-bed and city-view. Dining room with panoramic views of the Duomo of Siena and Basilica of San Domenico which stand out over the medieval roofs of Siena a few meters from us. Fully equipped kitchen with laundry area. It occupies the entire second floor our 1600's palace and offers unique and privileged views of Siena and its architectural wonders. We are on Banchi sopra Sopra, the main course of the historical center of Siena, below the house you will find the best shops in the center with all the brands of high fashion, lots of restaurants; Wineries, Bars and Supermarkets with typical Tuscan products.

But also for an individually designed wedding or a birthday party in a very special atmosphere. You can do any kind of workshops, Yoga, theatre or dance classes. Caggiolo è un podere completamente ristrutturato composto da più appartamenti, ognuno con ingresso privato e uso esclusivo del giardino, con vista panoramica su Siena. Situato ad 1 km da Ville di Corsano, a soli 14 km dalla città. Luogo ideale per trascorrere giorni in totale relax e godere delle meraviglie che questa zona offre (Chianti, Val d'Orcia, Crete Senesi..).Dal podere è possibile fare delle escursioni a piedi al Castello di Grotti ( 6 km) oppure al nostro laghetto (2,5 km)

Due camere doppie, cucina, salotto con camino e giardino. Perfetto per 4 persone. L' appartamento si trova a 20 minuti dal centro Firenze , può essere raggiunto anche tramite autobus n.25 o AT, collegato molto bene. Posizione strategica per stare in un posto tranquillo in campagna ma vicino a Firenze e al Mugello, sicuro.

Golden View - Casale da sogno in Toscana

Un angolo di pace tra splendidi cipressi, dove regnano silenzio e tranquillità. Rilassati nella cascata idromassaggio in giardino, accendi il caminetto nelle sere più fresche o goditi una grigliata al barbecue. La camera master ti coccola con vasca idromassaggio e sauna privata. La vasca esterna sarà utilizzabile dal 1 maggio al 1 novembre di ogni anno, successivamente potrà essere usata su richiesta ma l'acqua interna non riuscirà a superare i 25 gradi.
