The hilltop villa is surrounded by a private park and the renovation has just been completed, with the lowest environmental impact and maximum comfort: photovoltaic system, underfloor heating, electric car and bike charging. Outside there are ample spaces to enjoy. Each floor is autonomous and has modern kitchens, bathrooms, living and dining areas. The attic has two bathrooms and two connected rooms. Náš dům leží v centru středověkého městečka Tagliolo Monferrato obklopeného vinicemi a horami. K ligurijské riviéře se dostanete autem za 30 minut. Pro milovníky vína je na dojezd známá oblast Barolo & Langhe. Do starého přístavu Janov (Genova) cesta autem trvá zhruba 50 minut. Každé ráno můžete posnídat v místním baru a nasát pravou italskou atmosféru s cappucinem a croissantem. (20m od baráku) Parkování zdarma u baráku na ulici a nebo v blízkosti na parkovišti.
