The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Cozy guest cottage backed by woods! 550 sq ft private house with loft bedroom, kitchen and bath (PLEASE NOTE NO FREEZER -only fridge) 30 min from Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and 10 min to Fuquay-Varina with 10 minute access to the 40. High speed wi-fi, smart tv, and complimentary coffee.Street parking-May not be a good fit for people with mobility issues. The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
