To offset “no cleaning fee” $10 /guest per night--added for each guest after 3rd. (Closed for MARCH 2026 for my ankle surgery. Ouch!)

Downstairs includes a full kitchen, living room with futons, bathroom with water efficient low pressure shower, 2 queen beds, and three TVs.
