Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Il Corbezzolo

Il Corbezzolo è stato ricavato da un antico fabbricato rurale completamente ristrutturato, l’edificio è costituito da zona giorno arredata con mobili d’epoca, un camino, angolo cucina in muratura. La camera matrimoniale climatizzata, predispone ad un sereno e riposante soggiorno. Il bagno è dotato di doccia. Vi è abbondante giardino sia per momenti di rilassamento e di attività varie, sia per il parcheggio delle auto. Davanti al Corbezzolo vi è Il Frassino, sempre di pertinenza dell'agriturismo.

Il lusso della semplicità La nostra casetta fa parte di un piccolo agriturismo ai piedi di Castagneto Carducci. La quiete, la campagna con i suoi profumi e colori. Qui puoi rilassarti nel piccolo giardino mediterraneo tra melograni ed agrumi, leggere un libro sulle nostre amache, fare passeggiate infinite sulla spiaggia vicina oppure un giro in bici in una delle strade del vino più belle del mondo. Casa namaste è un piccolo casolare in pietra con interni curatissimi a 1 km dal borgo medievale di Montescudaio La casa è completamente circondata da bosco e querce secolari a 150 metri scorre il fiume Cecina nel giardino di 5000 metri quadrati c'è una sorgente naturale con una grande vasca in pietra per rinfrescarsi e una doccia calda esterna immersa nel verde..abbiamo una linea adsl Vodafone con download 33 e upload 1.4..da questa primavera è inoltre disponibile smart TV e climatizzatore

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! There are mosquito nets in the house. MAX 2 PETS: €5 per day per pet to be paid on arrival.   RENT ONLY FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY

Casa Sabina

The apartment, which provides your own private entrance, has been recently renovated and furnished with care. It is located at the foot of the ancient Castle of Montemassi in a historic square in the characteristic medieval village. With only pedestrian access allowed in this square, you can be assured to have a tranquil and peaceful stay. A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Castle of Montemass provides visitors with a cultural activity during their stay.

Casa del Poggio, with a beautiful sea view

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.
