It's located in a typical quiet Istrian village only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from the famous Aquapark Istralandia. The Quattro Terre MTB trail goes through the village.

Wir haben uns einen Traum erfüllt und ein Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe und ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geschaffen. Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
