A charming Queen Anne Victorian cottage welcomes you from the front porch swing to a record player to a sunroom & covered back patio! Our humble home has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath; 1 queen size bed & 1 daybed with trundle houses 1-4 guests. A futon in the sunroom makes for 1 more small sleeping space. Kitchen is lightly equipped. Washer & dryer onsite. Walk to Magnolia, hospitals, drive 1 mile to zoo, drive 2 miles to Dickie’s, 2 miles to TCU & more! Old charming historic home. No fur friends allowed.

“Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.

There is a hot tub under the trees that is yours to enjoy. We are close to the Cultural/Museum district, Trinity Trails, TCU, West 7th and a short walk to the cutest restaurants, bars and shopping in Fort Worth on Magnolia Ave. The carriage house would be a perfect space for solo travelers or couples.
