Im ersten Stock gelegen, finden sich in der Paterwohnung noch heute architektonische Hinweise, wie etwa die barocke Kasettendecke mit dem Schutzheiligen des Tegernsees, St. Quirinus. Alte Holztüren, knarrende Böden und Stuckaturen an den Wänden sorgen für historisches Flair, während das neue Bad und die Einrichtung für Komfort sorgt.

The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.
