With the two bikes that are included in your stay, the Korenmarkt is a mere 15 minutes away. Bakery, butcher, supermarket and cafés within walking distance. Parking nearby and easy to reach by bus or tram, with stops less than 1 km away. There’s a good bus service to and from the train station Gent-Sint-Pieters.

You will have a lovely, groundfloor studio of 30m2 with separate entrance and terrace. Charmingly decorated, warm atmosphere and all the basics for your comfort. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Just outside the center, everything on walking distance. Lots of grocery shops in the nearby streets. Parking space available across the street upon request, 25 euro for 4 days max. There is a school next to the studio, so on weekdays there might be some noise.

The studio is located in the Pays des Collines region and very close to the Pairy Daiza park. The accommodation is completely independent of our home, very quiet. On the ground floor: a 16m² bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Upstairs: 35 m² with a bedroom area, a lounge area, (fridge, microwave, Nespresso, sink, dishes.) TV and internet. Bed linen and towels available. Eco-friendly air conditioning is powered by a heat pump.

Mas Petit Chat

Nieuwe studio gelegen te Nazareth dichtbij Gent en de Vlaamse Ardennen. Het is deel van een boerderij met prachtige tuin en vele dieren en een mooie vijver. De locatie is dichtbij de snelweg gelegen wat je buiten kan horen. De studio is heel ruim en gelegen onder het dak en te bereiken via de buitentrap. De studio bestaat uit een inkomhal, leefruimte, keuken, eetplaats, slaapplaats met dubbel bed, badkamer en toilet.

Vanwege de stijgende energieprijzen hebben we 2 advertenties, deze is de eco (ecologisch-economische) advertentie. De eco advertentie is bewust gemaakt met een scherpe dagprijs, (minimum van 2 nachten) en een aantal extra's die je zelf kan aangeven. Studio cosy se situant dans le quartier du Sart à Villeneuve d'Ascq et disposant d'une terrasse privative accessible par un escalier. Le quartier est très calme et idéalement situé, avec un accès facile au stade Pierre Mauroy en métro ou au centre de Lille (10 min en voiture ou en métro et 20 min tram). Les stations de tram ou de métro se situent à moins de 10 min à pied.
