Located within the historic Leoni Palace, dating back to the 14th century, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxurious and pictoresque 75 sqm apartment. Positioned at the canal bridge level. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a compact bathroom with shower and premium amenities. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Per gli amanti del vino siamo vicini ai più conosciuti produttori in zona.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
