The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. Smještena je na južnoj strani, u jednoj od živopisnijih, a opet i izrazito mirnoj četvrti Motovuna, na adresi Rialto 11, u kojoj nema prometa.
