The ground floor accommodation is extremely stylishly appointed with a large, open-plan living/dining room which features Jacobean-style painted wall panelling as a stunning backdrop. Relax in the wood fired hot tub, sauna & plunge pool (extra fee applies). 10 mins from Loch Trool, mountain bike trails, wild swimming spots & hiking routes, guests are perfectly placed to explore this unspoilt region.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Idyllically situated on the foothills of Farragon hill, with beautiful walks right from the door. There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Note location of the house as detailed in 'house rules' (4wd recommended for winter)

The cottage is located a stones throw from the beach, with stunning views looking over Strangford Lough and the Mourne Mountains. Only 5 minutes walk is the village of Kircubbin, where there are pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.
