The Island Escape • Nature, Serenity and Wildlife

Nestled away in peaceful Ventnor, this home offers the perfect relaxing escape for the whole family. Surrounded by conservation reserves, walking trails, bike tracks, the beach, and a 1,640sqm block of land, this is the time out you need! A short 250m walk from Ventnor Beach, within a 10min drive of the Penguins & The Nobbies and 7mins from Cowes main street. This cozy home is perfectly in the middle of all the Island has to offer, providing a beautiful calming escape for you and your family.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Beach 100m - Seahaven Escape

Location 100m stroll to a safe swimming beach, grassy foreshore and Phillip Island’s only all day dog beach. Our older two storey cozy home is set on a large block featuring modern open plan living - galley kitchen, lounge, dining room, under covered balcony and main bedroom upstairs. Downstairs has a large open plan rumpus/bedroom - an ideal kids hangout. One bathroom/toilet/laundry, garage and secure backyard. Seahaven Escape is great for couples, families, pets and friendship groups

A private and homely guest suite attached to main house in quiet street, 4 doors from north facing beach and 2 min drive to Cowes central. Reverse cycle A/C and electric fire place in lounge room with award winning sofa bed, a separate bedroom with king bed (electric blankets organic linen/cotton sheets) fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with spa bath, shower, 6 ft fenced private courtyard, bbq, outdoor setting and secured for pets. 30 minute beach walk to Main Street. No shared areas.

Hamptons Beach House Rhyll

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Mornington Peninsula Getaway-Somers Beach House

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

Cowes Pet Friendly Family Home

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, leave your car behind as it’s a short walking distance to the beach, the main street and activities around Cowes. The house sleeps up to 9 people and has a port-a-cot if required. We have free wifi, a large TV, a variety of boards games and toys to enjoy. The backyard is fully fenced and has a large sandpit for children to play in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. The house suits families, couples or a group of friends.
