Some areas of the spacious villa remain unoccupied and others are reserved for your use. Old 1800's rural house completely renovated with all comforts located in the outskirts of a small village in the Abruzzo pre-Apennines. 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, 40 minutes from Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains (+2000 mt) and 2 hours by car from Rome. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.

The Country house is located in the Umbrian countryside (1 hour from Rome), with panoramic view overlooking our vineyards. It has a 5000 square meter garden with English lawn, saltwater pool, olive trees, fruit trees and antique roses. The winery is 500 mt away, therefore, if you’d like, you will breathe the atmosphere of a place where wine is made. You are welcome to visit the cellar for wine tasting and to walks in the vineyards.
