Enjoy true city living with walking distance to the Panthers stadium, Ballpark, Music Factory and Uptowns most popular restaurants, boutiques and breweries. The condo is privately located on the top floor with vaulted ceiling windows that makes way for views and southern sunlight. Please Note: The building is located in-front of a train yard- can be noisy.

Our little 1 bedroom, 650 sq ft cottage is 15 minutes from the Charlotte Int'l Airport, 20-25 minutes to downtown Charlotte, a few minutes to downtown Belmont, Belmont Abbey, and Mt Holly. With painted oak walls, pine ceilings, a gas log fireplace in the living room, and hand-built cabinetry in the small kitchen, the home has a cozy cabin feel. We provide a self-inflating queen air mattress with bedding if you have 3 or 4 people coming. There's a doggie door to a fully fenced back yard.

It is surrounded by 125 acre working farm and petting farm During your stay, you can enjoy the private porch overlooking the pond and enjoy the sights and sounds of the animals including goats, horses, cows and so much more. offer horseback riding around the property for an additional fee. We have kayaks available to those 14 and up and a small hut by the big pond containing life jackets.
