Designed in a minimalist aesthetic, this centrally-located apartment is filled with natural light, and is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The apartment is conveniently located close to local shops and cafes which are literally less then 5 minutes walk. There is also a grocery store less than 20meters away and two train stations within walking distance. Seddon is 7km travel distance from the Melbourne CBD and 4 train stops away. The whole apartment is available for your private stay. There is a separate rear door entry to the top level via a lane way. Your host won’t be on the property but they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay. We are only a phone call or email away and will not be too far away. Seddon is an inner city suburb with a friendly demographic that enjoys the cafe and coffee culture. There are small parks speckled throughout the suburb and people will always greet you with a smile as they pass you by. There is a train station with walking distance away and takes 4 stops to arrive within the Melbourne City CBD. If you have a rental car, you can park about 20 meteres away from the apartment with no restrictions. The apartment is located on the top level of a retail store with a private entry from the rear lane.

It's cute and cosy as well as being close to parks, shops, cafes, public transport and the Melbourne CBD, a quick train ride from Seddon station. Fully self contained with bathroom and kitchenette and a small outdoor courtyard and split system heating/cooling. Great views of the garden and a bright and airy space that feels bigger than it is. Lakes Studio is a sweet little space situated on the border of Newport and South Kingsville in inner West Melbourne. Newport is approx. 15 mins from the CBD via car or train. We are less than 5 mins walk from a couple of cafes, restaurants, a small grocer and laundromat and a short 5 min bus ride from a shopping centre for anything larger you may need. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.

Close to the Maribrynong river, 13 mins walk to Footscray station and 11 mins on the train to the city. Footscray is a thriving suburb of multiculturalism. Just added a smart tv with Free Netflix. Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. I live next door.
