Sun-drenched Mountain Farm in South Tyrol

We offer two beautiful apartments on our historic, meticulously renovated farm. Both of them feature the perfect mix between tradition and modern convenience and style. Our sun-drenched apartments exude calm and coziness. We equipped the holiday apartments with furniture made from our own stone pine forest. It beckons you to relax and unwind. Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Die 60 m² große Wohnung liegt fußläufig 2 min vom Stadtzentrum des Künstlerstädtchens Klausen entfernt sowie direkt am Radweg. Mit den sehr nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln können Sie schnell beliebte Städte wie Bozen oder Brixen erreichen, einen Ausflug auf eine der nahegelegenen Almen wie die Villanderer oder Seiser Alm sowie auch nach Gröden oder Villnöss machen. Parkplatz für Auto und Motorrad auf dem Gründstück.

The apartment "Radlspitz" in the "Maurerhof" residence is located in the Sarntal Valley (Sarentino) of South Tyrol, between Sarnthein (Sarentino) and Durnholz (Valdurna). The 60 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request.

Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.

With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Rotwandterhof Bienenstock" in Lengstein (Longostango) is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Vom Balkon der Wohnung kann man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Schlerngebiet und die Dolomiten genießen. Bei uns findet Ihr Ruhe zum Abschalten und viele Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Außerdem bieten wir Produkte vom Hof, wie Milch, Eier, Fruchtaufstriche und Sirupe.
