Der Balkon gehört zum Appartement und ist für die alleinige Nutzung. Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Kochherd und Kaffeemaschine, Sat TV, WiFi und PP.

The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne. The house was built in 1905, the apartment was built last year and is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountains. The flat includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine and a little fridge, bathroom with WC and shower and a double bed (160x200). We rent out our parking in front of the house for 5 chf/day.

Meine Unterkunft liegt mitten im Dorf, umgeben von Bergen, die zum Ski fahren und wandern einladen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, sieht man die Skipiste. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

Our guesthouse is next to our farm. It's in the countryside but only a 10-minute-drive away from Lucerne city. You've got a wonderful view of the mountain Rigi and mount Pilatus. Im Studio erwartet Sie eine wunderbare Sicht auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die Berge. Es liegt direkt am Ende einer Parkanlage. Der Flurname Wybergli: Hier wurden im 16. Jahrhundert Reben gepflanzt. Heute liegt das Studio zentral in Weggis und doch im Grünen in einem Wohnhaus. Vom Parkhaus ist es in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Studio ist nicht Rollstuhlgängig.
