Our cozy apartment on the first floor of a converted barn offers the best of both worlds: the charm of country living and modern comfort. Located on a quiet street (no through traffic), the apartment offers a courtyard at the front with parking and a beautiful garden at the back with direct access to the idyllic Lutterbach. Just 30 minutes away is the cultural offer of the trade fair city of Basel with its numerous museums, galleries and events.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

Die Wohnung ist eine Geh-Minute vom öffentlichen Verkehr entfernt. Strassenbahn, sowie Bus, sind gratis im TNW-Tarifverbund Nordwestschweiz! In 2 Geh-Minuten ist man bei einem grösseren Super-Markt. Wohnung ist mitten im Dorf und somit sehr zentral gelegen. Restaurants findet man von einfach bis exklusiv, alle gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit dem ÖV ist man in 15 Minuten in der Stadt Basel. EuroAirport Basel nach Oberwil mit ÖV in ca. 42min.

Situé dans une ancienne maison alsacienne, le gîte est spacieux et chaleureux avec terrasse et petit jardin, tout équipé et tout confort avec 2 chambres à coucher double. Il a été entièrement rénové et garde une touche ancienne avec les poutres de bois apparentes. Il est mitoyen à la maison du propriétaire. Il se situe dans un village du Sundgau dans le Jura Alsacien, dans le secteur des trois frontières, à 25km de Bâle - Basel.
