Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. "Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.

To διαμέρισμα "Niriides Thea" είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο του κτιρίου. Η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 70 μ. ενώ μίνι μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, καφέ, ΑΤΜ, τουριστικά καταστήματα, πρακτορεία ταξιδίων, γραφεία ενοικιαζομένων οχημάτων βρίσκονται όλα σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση. Η επιφάνεια του διαμερίσματος περίπου 32τμ παρέχει άνεση κινήσεων. To διαμέρισμα διαθέτει 2 μπαλκόνια, το ένα έχει ανατολικό προσανατολισμό και το άλλο δυτικό.
