Our place is a warm, cosy and homely apartment which is great for families and kids. It offers a wonderful respite to let you recharge your batteries on your holidays. It's located in a calm & quiet area in the middle of Medulin, and is close to shops (250 m), restaurants and the sea (10' walking to the sandy beach) as well as beautiful promenade by the marina lined with shops and restaurants. There are other great entertainment options quite close including a family fun park and sports grounds.

Die im ersten Stock gelegene Wohnung bietet einen großzügigen Wohn/Essbereich, eine top ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder,Klimaanlage, W-Lan sowie einer Terrasse mit Meerblick. Außerdem befinden sich im gemeinschaftlichen genutzten Garten Sonnenliegen und ein Grill. Ein Abstellplatz für Ihr Auto wird zur Verfügung gestellt.

Beautiful sea View from three teraces!!

This charming apartment is suitable for younger guests, digital nomads and cycling fans as it offers a garage for bikes. It has a beautiful sea view with three balconies. It is located on the second floor (attic), so it is not suitable for guests with mobility problems due to the circular stairs. Distance from the seacoast is 250 m, and from the sandy beach 1000 (15 min walk). The nearest restaurant is 50 m away. Market "Stanić" , butcher, bakery 250 m, large markets: Lidl and Plodine 600 m.

Villa Bilen is a charming villa in Medulin, near Pula, set in a peaceful countryside location, only 2 km from the beautiful sand beach. In its nicely decorated interior can accommodate 4+2 guests. Interior retains plenty of rustic charm with traditional wooden beams. Villa is totally enclosed in a big private garden, surrounded by nature, olive groves and orchards. Within the beautiful green garden there is a private pool 16 m2 , perfect for relaxing in the sun. We welcome families and pets!
