Entrando dalla porta ci troviamo nel corridoio, a destra vi è una assolata e attrezzata cucina, dallo stesso corridoio si accede alla spaziosa cabina armadio e al salone doppio il quale ha tre finestre che affacciano sul fiume Tevere e i suoi platani secolari. La camera da letto è adiacente al bagno finestrato e dotato di un ampia doccia e una vasca di design.
