A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Below a pond and tucked behind a hedgerow on the edge of a permaculture smallholding, our charming shepherds hut is the perfect hideaway for those looking for an eco farm stay or self-made retreat. 'Muggans' (named after the Mugwort that grows by the steps) is entirely off-grid and has everything you'll need for a comfortable and memorable getaway, including a wood burning stove to keep you cozy, a wood fired hot tub to soak in under the stars and pizza oven for luxury campfire cooking.

Tullochwood Lodges, 2 bedroom lodge "Brodie"

The 2-bedroom lodges are ideal for a singles, couples or small family. One 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds, all bed linen is provided, all laundered in-house. Bathroom with bath and electric shower over Living room and kitchen/dining area are open plan and equipped with Free-view TV and DVD player and WiFi Kitchen is fully equipped plus microwave, fan oven, hob and fridge in the kitchen. Electric heating in all rooms, with an electric stove additionally in the living area.

Kellas Lodge

The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

Garden Cottage, Aboyne. Peaceful and relaxing .

Relax at our peaceful, well-equipped and comfortable Cottage. Cottage has outside dining table and chairs , fire pit , logs and log burning stove inside. We provide complimentary logs for both . Bike storage with charging. A short, safe walk into Aboyne. Aboyne Loch, old Railway line and Aboyne Golf Course are across the road, which makes for an active or totally relaxed holiday. Easy car drive North to Ballater and Braemar or on the regular buses, which stop at road end .

The Lochan is a beautiful two bedroomed Lodge , located next to a private Lochan. property set in its own private one acre garden area. It is a new build completed in 2021. It is fully furnished , has two bedrooms , one has en suite, full bathroom including separate shower, underfloor heating in bathrooms, wood burner in an open plan kitchen, dining lounge . Outside it is next to a Lochan with its own 45metre decking, secluded garden along with parking adjacent.

Panoramic views over Elgin city and the Cairngorm mountains, set in wooded gardens just a stone's throw from the city centre with shops and amenities just outside the private entrance and with private off-road parking. There are convenience stores, a local pub, a fish and chip shop and a Chinese fast food outlet just outside the estate. Aldi, Tesco and Marks & Spencer stores are within easy walking distance.

Welcome to Botriphnie Stables nestled in the beautiful, rural countryside of Drummuir, a lovely village on the whisky trail just 5 miles from Dufftown in one direction and 5 miles from Keith in the other. In either town you can find distilleries to visit, restaurants, shops and much more. There is plenty of parking and an abundance of wildlife. With long walks and Drummuir Castle is next door!

Pine Marten Bar Glenmore Treehouse

Our magnificent tree house looks out towards the Cairngorm Mountains over the Glenmore campsite. The tree house has it's own fully equipped kitchenette, private shower and WC facilities. A comfortable sofa pulls out into a sofa bed still allowing ample space for dining, relaxing and beautiful views still to be seen from a reclined and relaxed position. Tea and coffees are also provided.
